Food Tech - Blueberry Muffin

Today in food tech me and my partners made blueberry muffins, the ingredients are 1 1/2c of Self rising flour, 1/2c of sugar, 1/2c of oil, 1/3c of milk, 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
